“Kaikatei” was started as an annex to Iwakuni Kokusai Kanko Hotel loved by the local people in 1989. Lodging is located by the side of the Nishiki river on the lower reaches from the Kintai bridge 300m. A guest room is the construction of the river side (5 rooms) and the mountain side (9 rooms). Of course, Kintai bridge or the flow that the brocade river is comfortable can be seen, and a guest room on the river side is suggestion to the person who looks for a landscape with a room on the river side. Though the grade of the room is fundamentally the same again, the mountain side guest room which has stillness of the castle town is a little comparatively cheap in comparison with the river side guest room. Cooking is made based on its local hometown cooking of Iwakuni, and cooked around the material of the fish of the four seasons and the vegetables. This lodging is the quiet lodging where a taste is different from the hotel of the main building (Iwakuni Kokusai Kanko Hotel).
