Once a cotton cloth mill, this historic red brick building was renovated, and is now Ivy Square Hotel. The hotel’s open square is encased by a two-story red brick building with beautiful ivy climbing the walls. This square is a place where local residents come to relax, or to enjoy one of the many events held here. The low light interior creates a very comfortable atmosphere. The outer walls and the basic structure of the factory remain, unchanged. Parts of the factory were preserved and used as décor in the renovated hotel. Ivy square was created with the concepts of leisure and cultural education in mind. Located in Ivy Square are The Ivy Learning Center, a ceramic art class room, and a music box museum, where you can go to learn and experience many activities.
