Stay at a tenement-house with three compartments as you live.

It is difficult to stay unchanged. What never changes is the good point of Yunotsu town. In recent years, things are changing in lightning speed. But Yunotsu Onsen hot spring, a small hot-spring resort, remains to have an old-fashioned feeling. It seems to be a place loved by the local people rather than a tourist resort. The water is so hot, and it is fun to get in and out of the hot spring for a long time as local people do. It has high sulfur content, so it is more like a natural medicine than hot water. The communal baths, Moto-yu and Yakushi-yu are among the best rated hot springs in Japan. This natural hot spring with full of medicinal effects is reputed to be effective against all kinds of diseases, and more attention will be paid from now on.

It is a two-story tenement-house with three compartments which is naturally blending with this town. The appearance of the inn seems like an old Japanese house. The guest rooms are equipped with modern facilities, so you can stay there comfortably. When you visit this inn, please go to the public bath by all means. You can have an experience as if you were living there.

It is a rustic and small hot spring resort located near Iwami silver mine, World Heritage Site. If you surrender yourself to the atmosphere time-slipped to the old time in this town, you will inescapably have a natural and gentle time. Staying here will be a valuable experience for your travel, and you can feel the goodness of Japan through the stay.

Yunotsu Onsen
There are two symbolic communal baths, “Moto-yu Onsen” and “Yakushi-yu”, in the center of Yunotsu Onsen Hot Spring. Both are free-flowing hot springs, and many people have loved them since ancient times. Even today, not only local people but also those from outside the prefecture constantly visit there. When you visit Yunotsu, you must go in these hot springs. You can also use the baths of the main building, Kiunsou, for free.
