The dishes are prepared by the host and his son using small fishes that are caught in local sea. There are a variety of small fish in the Inland Sea and it has delicate sense of tastes. Economy plan offers you a lighter meal than the Standard plan and Deluxe plan that offer you more dishes and quality with higher price.
