Every morning, the host or Okami, wife of the host and inn manager, goes to the market to buy fresh fish from Onomichi so that the guests will enjoy them fully. The dishes are not luxurious but use good and fresh food material and it enlivens its natural taste.
*Now, we will not serve our guests meals.
