Old Japanese-style Inn with White Wall and Lattice Gate

This old residence became Yoshii Inn a century ago.This Japanese style building, with its white walls and lattice doors, is the type of architecture that makes the retro area of Kurashiki famous. Inside the building, antique pillars, beams and furnishings, have been preserved with care and are accented with the taste in lighting and flower arrangement of the Okami hostess of the inn. Rooms are Japanese style, each room with a different design. The color rubigo red accents the rooms, creating a soft atmosphere.
Ingredients from the sea and mountains of Okayama are used to create dishes that exhibit the youth and vitality of the young head cook. Preserving this old building, and a tradition of warm service, the Okami takes special care to meet the needs of each guest.
